My siblings and I were raised with the help of my paternal grandmother after our mother passed away when I was 8 months old. Growing up close to her, helping older adults and their families has always felt like home to me. Before real estate, I spent 20 years as an account manager, which taught me to be detail-oriented, juggle many moving parts at once, and handle high-level accounts.
For more than 10 years, I've helped seniors downsize, families sell inherited homes, and executors through probate across Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, with a special focus on Leisure Village in Camarillo. I've also sold my own grandparents' homes after they passed, so I know how personal these moves are.

Common questions
Does this cost me anything?
No. The referral service is free. If you hire an agent I refer, their brokerage may pay my brokerage a referral fee out of their commission. It doesn't add to your cost, and the commission you pay is always between you and your agent.
Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
Not at all. You're free to interview the agent(s) I suggest, choose a different agent, or decide not to move forward. You can always choose any agent you like.
Can I interview more than one agent?
Yes, and I encourage it. Just tell me on the form. I'll send you short bios of a few agents in your area so you can compare before anyone contacts you.
Why do you ask for the names on the deed?
It helps the agent understand who has the authority to sell, for example if the home is in a trust, an estate, or owned by more than one person. That way the right people are included from the start.
Who will see my information?
Only me and the agent(s) I match you with. I don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
What if the agent isn't a good fit?
Let me know. I'd rather find you someone else than have you feel stuck. That's why I stay in touch after the introduction.
I already have an agent. Can I still use this?
If you've already signed a listing or buyer agreement with another agent, this page isn't meant to interfere with that relationship. Feel free to keep watching my videos for tips.
